Registration: By registering for the Mid Cork Coaching Soccer Sessions, you agree to abide by all terms and conditions outlined herein.

Participant Eligibility: The sessions are open to children of ages stated during booking. Participants must fall within this age range to attend.

Health and Safety: The safety and well-being of participants are our top priorities. All participants must be in good health and free from any condition that may pose a risk to themselves or others during camp activities.

Medical Information: Parents/Guardians must provide accurate medical information about their child during registration, including any allergies, medical conditions, or special requirements.

Emergency Contact: Parents/Guardians must provide emergency contact information that is reachable during camp hours.

Camp Hours: The camp will run at times stated at booking. Participants are expected to arrive promptly and be picked up on time at the end of each day.

Code of Conduct: Participants are expected to behave in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner towards coaches, staff, and fellow participants. Any disruptive or inappropriate behaviour such as bullying may result in the participant being removed from the camp without refund if deemed necessary.

Attendance: Regular attendance is expected throughout the duration of the camp. If a participant is unable to attend any day(s) of the camp due to illness or other reasons, please inform the camp organisers at Mid Cork Coaching as soon as possible.

Refund Policy: Refunds will only be issued in cases where the camp is canceled by the organisers. No refunds will be provided for participant cancellations or missed days.

Photography and Videography: At times the club may wish to take photos or videos of teams or individuals. We adhere to child welfare guidelines to ensure these are safe and respectful and used solely for the purposes for which they are intended, which is for promotions and celebration of the activities of the club and for training. I give consent for my child/children’s image to be used for this purpose. I understand that I can make contact with the club at any time to withdraw my consent or have images removed.

Personal Belongings: Participants are responsible for their personal belongings. The organisers will not be held liable for any loss or damage to personal items during the camp.

Changes to Schedule: The organisers reserve the right to make changes to the camp schedule, including activities and timings, if necessary.

Weather Conditions: The camp will proceed rain or shine.

Liability Waiver: By registering for the Camp or Clinic, parents/guardians agree that Mid Cork Coaching and its staff will not be held liable for any injuries or accidents that may occur during the camp.

Compliance with Regulations: Participants must comply with all camp regulations and instructions provided by the coaching staff.
